1. I have a genuine interest in considering employment opportunities with Mister Car Wash (“MCW”).

2. I certify that information provided in this application is true and complete to the best of my knowledge. I understand that any falsification, omission or misrepresentation of information on this application, during interviews or at any other time during the hiring process may be sufficient grounds for disqualification from consideration for hire or immediate discharge should I be hired by MCW, and MCW shall not be liable in any respect if my employment is so denied or terminated.

3. I authorize MCW and its contracted parties to make any necessary investigations and inquiries of my previous employment, or other matters related to my employment, including my past employment and education, criminal records, motor vehicle records, or any other job-related data including information provided to MCW on this application for employment or during the interview process. I authorize the appropriate individuals, companies, institutions, or government agency to release this information to MCW or its contracted parties. I have a right to make a written request for additional information on the nature and scope of a report. 4. I understand that MCW prohibits the use, possession, transfer, and sale of alcohol, inhalants and illegal drugs while working, while on the premises owned or operated by MCW, and while operating any MCW vehicle, machinery, or equipment. I also understand that MCW may require a drug screening test (in accordance with State and Federal law) upon receipt of a conditional offer of employment. Failure to submit to or failure to pass the requested drug screening test may result in disqualification from further employment or may be cause for immediate dismissal.

5. Upon being hired, I agree to provide proper documentation necessary for MCW to verify identity and work authorization in accordance with the requirements of the Department of Homeland Security form I-9.

6. I understand and agree that, if hired, my employment with MCW will be at- will, and that I have the right, as does MCW, to end my employment at any time for any reason. Any oral or written statements that contradict this employment at- will relationship are disavowed by MCW and should not be relied upon by an employee. I understand that completion of this application or completion of any introductory period or conferral of regular status does not change an employee’s status as an at-will employee or in any way restrict MCW’s right to terminate the employee at any time, for any reason, with or without notice, and with or without cause, or change the terms or conditions of employment.

7. I further understand and agree to comply with the policy of MCW requiring that any and all disputes I may now or in the future have with MCW arising out of any federal, state, and local statutory, or common law shall be decided by final and binding arbitration to the full extent permitted by law.
