Manager Trainee
Position Summary:
Trainee for Management position. Required to follow CPC Learning System program and demonstrate proficiency in each area of the training program. This position is an on-the-job-training position that prepares the individual for a management position.
Position Responsibilities:
- Responsible for learning the overall operations of a car wash site. This includes understanding and controlling factors that contribute to (or take away from) the overall, short and long-term profitability of the operation.
- Will learn to anticipate, troubleshoot and provide solutions to technical problems, production problems, associate problems and customer problems.
- Will learn to drive business by focusing on the customer’s experience and learn how to develop people and foster a team environment on an on-going basis.
- Will learn how to be responsible for the physical appearance of the site, equipment maintenance and chemical and supply inventories and learn how to be responsible for the site’s overall atmosphere which is expected to be high energy & customer focused.
- Will learn all aspects of safety requirements and safety training.
