Manager
Position Summary:
Assists General Manager in managing day to day operations of the car wash. May assume some of General Manager’s duties in General Manager’s absence
Position Responsibilities:
- Anticipates, troubleshoots and provides solutions to technical problems, production problems, associate problems and customer problems.
- Focuses on staffing, training and developing a team environment on an on-going basis.
- Focuses on maximizing the customer’s experience and building customer relations.
- Assists General Manager in maintaining associates’ focus on safety and safety procedures through ongoing training.
