General Manager
Position Summary:
Responsible for overall operation and profitability of car wash site. This includes staffing, training and team building, overseeing of production and customer relations. This is a hands-on position that is expected to lead by example. The majority of the work day is spent outdoors, working with associates and building customer relationships.
Position Responsibilities:
- Responsible for overall operation and profitability of car wash site.
- Anticipates, troubleshoots and provides solutions to technical problems, production problems, associate problems and customer problems.
- Responsible for the physical appearance of the site, equipment maintenance and chemical and supply inventories.
- Responsible for the site’s overall atmosphere which is expected to be high energy & customer focused.
- Maintains associates’ focus on safety and safety procedures through ongoing training.
