Service Associate
Position Summary:
Responsible for greeting the customer in a friendly manner, recommending the appropriate service, thanking the customer and directing the customer as to where to go next, according to the outlined procedures that follow.
Position Responsibilities:
- Greet customer and assist the customer in a friendly manner in choosing the service that best meets their needs
- Direct customer to the vacuum area or conveyor load-on area and brief them on what to expect and where to go.
- Balance cash drawer at the end of shift, prepare deposits, change requests, etc.
