Mister Car Wash is committed to supporting the communities in which we operate.  Each year we partner with schools, community organizations, churches, athletic teams and other non-profit groups to help fund the services and activities they provide.  If you are a non-profit (501c3) organization with a valid tax ID number, read on to learn how we can help.

Donations

Our wash passes make excellent raffle and auction prizes for your fundraising events.  We ask that you submit your request in writing and limit your requests to one time per year.  Please request one month in advance and include the following information: Your name, organization name, name of the event, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number, date of the event and tax ID number.  Email requests to donations@mistercarwash.com or fax to 866-287-2480.

Fundraising Program

Mister Car Wash provides a fast, simple and highly effective program for non-profit organizations to raise money.  Sell Mister Car Wash Full Serve or Express wash passes at their full face value and keep 50% of the proceeds.

Everyone Benefits:

• Easy and straightforward program, with no upfront investment required.
• Excellent value for the purchaser, as wash passes are sold at our regular posted retail prices without high fundraiser markups. 
• A cleaner car at a fraction of the work.  Leave the buckets, sponges and towels at home and let the professionals do the hard work.
• Better for the environment. Professional car washes use considerably less water and do not release untreated wash water directly into storm sewers as is the case in traditional parking lot car wash fundraisers.
• Fundraiser passes are available for our base Full Serve and base Express washes.  The purchaser may upgrade to higher level packages by paying the price difference at the time of service. 
• Fundraising passes can be used at any or our locations and do not expire.

How it works:

• Submit completed Fundraising Agreement Form to Mister Car Wash.
• Upon acceptance we will ship the requested quantity of wash passes.
• You have 30 days to sell your fundraiser passes.
• At the end of your fundraiser period, simply send a check or credit card payment to Mister Car Wash in the amount of 50% of the total sales proceeds along with any unsold wash passes (your organization is responsible for payment of all wash passes not returned to Mister Car Wash). 

Examples of earnings potential with a Mister Car Wash Fundraiser:

• Your child’s soccer club wishes to enter two tournaments this season.  To help pay for the tournament entry costs you organize a fundraiser with Mister Car Wash.  There are 15 players on the team and each sells five car wash passes, for a total of $900 in sales.  You send a check to Mister Car Wash for $450 and use the remaining $450 to cover tournament fees.
• A high school band with 80 members is invited to perform at a national competition.  In order to help make the out of state trip a reality, the band partners with Mister Car Wash.  Each band member sells 10 car wash passes, for a total of $10,400 in sales.  The band keeps $5,200 to help defray travel costs.

Please note: Due to the popularity of the fundraising programs Mister Car Wash reserves the right to limit the quantity of programs available in each geographic location on a month by month basis.  Reserve in advance to help secure your organization’s participation.
